Born into a family of art collectors, designer Begüm Kiroglu gathers inspiration from the magnificence of the Ottoman Empire and South East-Asian traditions for her majestic jewellery label Begüm Khan.

Launching in 2011 with a range of cufflinks, the brand later expanded with a comprehensive collection of bold cuffs and exquisite statement earrings, all hand-crafted in an atelier just outside of Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar. Pieces are created from 24kt gold and bronze, then finished with baroque pearls, root rubies and vibrant aquamarine.
